What it costs to automate a small home-services business in Wisconsin
Short answer
All three systems together run $1,000 to install and $400 a month. Taken separately they come to $1,300 and $500, so the bundle saves $300 up front and $100 a month. A new website starts at $400. Everything is month to month, and the setup fee is the only commitment.
What are the actual prices?
The AI Systems Suite is $1,000 to install and $400 a month. That is all three systems put in together: missed call text-back, lead follow-up, and automatic review requests.
One at a time, they run like this. Missed Call Text-Back is $400 setup and $150 a month. Speed to Lead is $500 and $200. AI Review Requests is $400 and $150.
Add those up and you get $1,300 setup and $500 a month, so taking all three together saves $300 on the install and $100 every month after. The full breakdown is on the systems page.
Why is the bundle cheaper?
Because most of the setup cost is the same work regardless of how many systems you take. Getting your number registered for business texting, connecting whatever you already use to track jobs, writing and approving the message templates in your voice. Doing that once for three systems is barely more work than doing it once for one.
The monthly difference is smaller and follows the same logic. One system to keep running costs about what three cost, because they share the same plumbing.
What about a website?
Separate, and priced separately. Starter is $400 for up to three pages. Pro is $800 for up to eight pages with the copywriting included. The Care Plan is $100 a month for ongoing updates and security, and it is optional.
If you need to sell products online, a store starts at $1,200 on top. Those are all on the websites page with what is included in each.
What is not included?
Worth being clear about, because surprise line items are how this industry earns its reputation.
Text messaging carries a per-message cost from the carrier, which is small but real and is not part of the monthly fee. You own your own domain and hosting for a website, in your name rather than mine. And if you want something genuinely custom that falls outside the three systems, that is a separate conversation with a separate number.
There is no setup fee that appears later, no annual contract, and no charge for cancelling. The systems switch off and you keep your number and your customer history.
What does doing nothing cost?
The comparison that matters. Take your average job value, multiply by the enquiries a month you do not get back to, and multiply that by the share you would normally close.
For a lot of Wisconsin trades that number lands somewhere between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars a month, and the monthly fee is $400. If your version of the arithmetic comes out below that, this is not worth buying and I would rather say so on the phone than after you have paid.
How do you work out whether it pays?
One recovered job a month is the honest break-even for most trades at this price. Whether you are currently losing one a month is a question your call log answers faster than I can.
If you have never counted, that is the place to start. Pull last month, count the inbound numbers nobody called back, and count the form fills that never got a reply. Then decide.
